ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Natalie d'Aubermont Thompson is the founder of Living by the Page, an online space that provides her the opportunity to write about her quest to live by the page, be that by immersing herself in a book, reading to her children, integrating her faith into the quotidian and practicing her work as an inter-cultural communications consultant.
Natalie lives outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan with her husband David and their three children (two boys and a girl). Professionally, she has worked in a variety of sectors; she has served as a Team Leader at Chatham Financial Europe in London, UK, the Associate Director of the International Center & Admissions at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, the NGO and Policy Coordination Officer at the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and as a consultant for the Corporate Executive Board in Washington DC. Since 2010, she has operated as the CEO of Saltar Consulting LLC, a project management consulting firm.
She holds a Bachelors in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University and a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also an accredited practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), as well as the CultureActive® and icEdge® communications assessments.
A truly global citizen, Natalie is Argentine-American and has worked, studied and volunteered in over 35 countries. She also currently serve on the Board of the Children’s Literacy Network in Ann Arbor, MI.
